The Shops of East Hill represented a remarkable revitalization to Pensacola. It included the renovation of a previously standing 4,000 SF shopping center, plus the addition of 7,000 SF. This project turned a worn center into a unique blend of upscale shops, restaurants, and services that reflects the charm of East Hill. The Shops of East Hill were named the mid-size development of the year by the NAIOP NWF Chapter in 2008.
