Retina Specialty Institute on Davis Highway was a design build delivery approach where Williams Brown Inc. served as the single point of contact for the owner, tenant, and design team. This was a complete interior renovation and small addition to an existing facility. This renovation was executed without disrupting clinic flow while maintaining health care code requirements, infection control, and patient safety.
