Marquis De Romana Office Complex was a renovation of the old Bus-bee Tomato plant into a class A office complex. This project was de-signed and constructed to incorporate the charm and character of the original downtown Pensacola. Marquis De Romana Office Complex is home to Carver Darden Law Firm and Williams-Brown Inc. It was awarded development of the year by NAIOP NWF Chapter.
