Helo Medical Office Building was a design build for Dr. Mark Ryan with Woodlands Medical Specialists. This building was designed and constructed in its entirety for a very specific client and their practice. Williams- Brown Inc. served as the general contractor on this negotiated cost-plus with a guaranteed maximum contract.
