Breakfast Point is a state of the art multi-tenant medical office building. This was a design build delivery approach where Williams Brown Inc. served as the single point of contact for the owner, tenants, and design team. The tenants included The Andrews Institution Rehabilitation, Retina Specialty Institute, and Gulf Coast Beach Primary Care.
